Within the framework of the AgroBank CaixaBank, ZERYA Producciones sin Residuos has participated in the IV edition of FOOD 4 FUTURE – EXPO FOODTECH, which took place from April 16 to 18 in Bilbao. This event, which is an international benchmark in the food technology sector, has been a unique opportunity for ZERYA to show its commitment to innovation and sustainability in agriculture. ZERYA, under the tutelage of the Innsomnia accelerator, presented its CropApp application, a tool that is transforming crop management through precision agriculture and smart farming. As well as its pioneering programs: Agriculture Without Pesticide Residues and ZERYARegenerativa. These programs are designed to face the current challenges of agriculture, promoting practices that respect the environment and guarantee food safety.

CropApp – Efficient Crop Management CropApp, developed by producers of the Murcian orchard, is an application that responds to the critical needs of current agriculture such as carbon sequestration, optimization of water use and energy efficiency. This application allows farmers to make informed decisions based on historical analysis and personalized recommendations, resulting in more efficient and sustainable management of resources. Among the outstanding features of CropApp are: · the calculation of nutritional needs, · the tailored fertilization program, · the predictive models of pest incidence · the prevention of fungal diseases. In addition, CropApp offers a CO2 footprint calculation and ensures that the fertilization plan is in full compliance with the regulations on sustainable fertilizer uses. This comprehensive approach by ZERYA with CropApp towards smarter and more responsible agriculture is especially relevant at a time when the agricultural sector is facing the challenge of increasing production with increasingly limited resources. With its firm commitment to combat climate change, ZERYA with CropApp demonstrates that it is possible to achieve efficiency without compromising ecological values.
